No surprise that my weight just sat where it was last week. I didn't get enough exercise, and I had too many days with calorie counts above 1450. Will try to do better this week. Yesterday I did my 1 1/2 hours at the health club, and today I'll go skating, but I have to keep my calories down and my exercise up if I want to get out of the 160s in this century. Will try to do better this week.
