Considering I ate horrible and carb binged for 2-3 weeks, I think a 3 lb gain-back is not so bad. It's been 2 full days of 'clean' eating...no fast food, of micro meals or oven pizzas, etc. None of that crap. Real food cooked by me so I know what is in it.

Yesterday's workout at Swing This actually felt good. No pain in my limbs, no soreness that didn't come from the workout. This Sunday I'm meeting Joe for my semi-private session and hope to work on some new moves. I've really gotten to love working with the ropes. Hope there are more like that!

Matt came over last night to do his laundry and get his food. I haven't had a late night like that in a long time. I am sooo tired today. I'll make it through though. Walking with Toni after work today, then I can come home and crash.
