I think that only tracking what I eat two to three times a week is best for me I also like the energy that it gives me , I also feel like I it shows my will power. Sometimes I need to see how strong I really am.

Accountability!! it helps and makes me aware, even if I eat the wrong food I am going to log it so I will be aware of how it affects my numbers!!
