It's my own diet my doctor and I worked out. I can have 1400 calories a day and less than 25grams of sugar.

I'm glad it's working for you ILanaaa :) I still have rather high carbs but I'm trying to cut back. As long as my sugars are kept low I don't worry too much about it though.
