First day home - went to the grocery store and got all vegetables and fruits and then went to the gym - one hour on the treadmill and 15 min on the stairmaster. Made baked tilapia for dinner and stayed under my points for the day - still battling the jet lag - new goal is to get below 143 by end of the month -
I have to go see ortho - hip still not better - making appt today - have to cancel race this weekend which really made me sad. I was so looking forward to it.
Good news - luggage arrived - came at 11:00 last night! Hooray! Its 40 degrees out in South Florida - what happened to global warming? Had to turn my heat on this morning!

Global warming went out the window with my diet..lol..just kidding. I am so glad you are back, I missed you on here!! You can make 4lbs by the end of the month!! I'm glad you are going to see someone about your hip, it's been hurting a while now, I hope it's nothing serious.

Well I have sprained my hip flexor muscle - need to let it rest for at least two weeks, ice it and take relefan - which really doesn't fit into my plans!! Oh well, nothing to do but follow doctors advice.
