Didn't gain or lose this week, but my jeans fit kind of mostly comfortably...I woke late this morning so my veggie snack didn't happen. I would still like to lose an inch weather in weight or size I don't really care.
On a happy note my doctors visit was exciting as she commented on my abs. I get the most unexpected compliments at the most needed times.
