Well something Iam doing is working down another
hey heres hoping to go past the 160 mark before Sat. I know Iknow far fetched but the weight is finally coming off so is it really far fetched.
ran/walked (mostly ran) 3miles up and down hills today and did some sit ups. Wanted to do some strenght training but have tohead out of house.
73,9 kg Sejauh ini Berkurang: 6,4 kg.    Sisa: 12,7 kg.    Diet diikuti: Cukup Baik.
Kehilangan 0,8 kg dalam 1 minggu

Great job on the running...that takes a lot of endurance. If you keep that up, the pounds should melt away!
