No loss this week, which is a positive considering how poorly the diet has gone. I'll have to try better this coming week, but we do have a lot of high calorie stuff in for our Valentine's Day meal!

Today has not been a good diet day at all, and tomorrow Mrs T wants to go for a real Ice Cream Oyster. And I am not driving 15 miles and not having one myself! She is recovering from a severe cold, and has recovered with a case of the munchies. Add to that the fact she will be on holiday Monday and Tuesday and next week's weigh in will a big plus if I don't gain.

Sometimes you just have to go with the flow! Never mind, remember your long term goal and get back to it when you can.
