Up 0.2 lbs. I guess that is what I get for missing my workout yesterday. Anyhow – I was able to get into the gym this morning for a makeup session so tomorrow’s number should be better. Wife is still sick at home but they have given her some antibiotics to help get whatever is bothering her under control.
