I feel like I am really starting to figure out this LCHF thing. I am proud of the fact that I am learning how to keep my carbs down while still getting in my much needed fiber. Even my daughters have told me that they wouldn't mind following my WOE. I really wish I would have known about this WOE 20 years ago. What a difference it would have made!
