I try to leave my shoes off at least. I don't have a scale in the house but we have a good one at the gym. Well done and keep it up!

You know, it's funny. I didn't realize at first (as I weigh in without clothes too), but my clothes have gotten significantly lighter as I lose weight. A size 34 jeans is nowhere near the weight of size 52. LOL!

never had a scale in my house- denial...lol Thats how i got so out f control i think. So i decided i needed one. its nothing fancy- just a scale.
