WOO HOO!!! 10lbs down!! Only took me 3 months but hey, I'll take what I can get! I'm so happy!! I'm really doing something right and it's starting to show. I have to keep it up! Maybe another 10lbs down by Xmas!! Hopefully...

thank you!! i know, i figure i can live like this. I know i'm not always going to be able to make good food decisions. But for the most part i am following some sort of moderation. i can only hope that training for my 2nd 1/2 marathon at the end of the month should help speed things up :o)

That's the key. Knowing this is a lifestyle change and not being discouraged when you don't hit your goals within a 2 month period. I think you are going to rock your goal weight because you are doing it the RIGHT way!

thank you, thank you! I am still not changing my goal to 10 lbs lighter until i officially see 165 on my scale. :o)
