Every wednesday i weigh-in together with my buddy and i was very disappointed that i gained 1.1 kg out of nowhere... I did eat a little more, but not a day did i eat over 2000 kCal... Today i was releived to see that i lost that weight. Totally motivated, i can do it today!
still taking it one day at a time, therefor i still weigh myself each day...
107,3 kg Sejauh ini Berkurang: 4,7 kg.    Sisa: 15,3 kg.    Diet diikuti: 100%.
