scales are on the move again thank god, thought they were going to stay still forever. So far am 2 lb down this week, but will have official weigh in on Tuesday now, so after a bit of a stand still I could have a good weigh loss, if I behave.
Not had any alcohol since 4th of Jan, so all doing well there. Said would maintain no alcohol till Valentines, should be ok, not really missed it, in fact I think I have achieved more on the house renovating because I'm not eager to sit down for a drink
