I'm a little bummed that I only lost 2 pounds this week, but I need to take a step back and not focus on the numbers. I had some great moments this week with my clothes: 2 of my bras that have been really tight on me FINALLY fit comfortably! And I can really see the weight loss in my face and neck. Also, my rings are really lose!
I'm doing well on the meal plan, sticking to my 5 and 1. I have also done a great job at avoiding all of the goodies at work. My colleagues are very supportive. When we had our Holiday party last week, several people wanted to know what I could and couldn't eat so that there were enough options for me - how great is that?!?!?! I thanked them and said that I wouldn't be eating much so I would take care of it. Everyone love my shrimp and veggie platter! I did indulge in two turkey meatballs with the sauce scraped off. They were delicious!
This next week is full of family activities and dinner parties. The good thing is that my mom and younger sister are also on the program so we can all be supportive!
