Happy Saturday. Feeling pretty good, but a bit dehydrated – I am regretting not drinking enough water before bed. Went for Mexican food last night and went a bit over on carbs – there was really not that much on the menu that I could eat. I ended up with fajitas and ate the chicken, green peppers, lettuce, guacamole, pico, and a bit of sour cream and left the rest (rice, beans, and onions) for my wife.
