Woo FREAKIN' Hoo!!! Down 3 more! I normally weigh in on Saturday...at least what I record here is from Saturday...but I had to record this.

After a week+ of eating not so good and floating the same 3 lbs up and down, I got my shit back together and this is my result. Partly from continuing to exercise, focus on clean and organic foods, and saying no to pizza 2 days in a row. I am very proud of the pizza thing, BTW, cause I do like it, but can't seem to stop once I start, like there's crack on it or something. I just kept reminding myself how bad I would feel from eating it, mentally and physically, cause I'm always a little ill for a couple days after. And...That I'm wasting my money going to ST if I eat crap like that..food that I KNOW is all processed, full of sodium, bad fat and processed carbs. I am very proud of myself!

I have a friend who posted on FB that she needs a workout partner and she got 3 or 4 replies from myself and other friends. If it works out, I will be walking with her on Tues and Thurs after work. Just what I need! A couple more days of moving/activity to keep the metabolism burning, but not burning my muscles out by doing weights on my rest days.

CAN'T WAIT!! :-)
