The gym has been the better part o my health. I just ned to step my diet game up. I need to veg out. Never like going slow in the begining. I want to feel lighter not bloated. No diet sodas for a while. Just coffee and water. Need a vitamixer..my blender gets a beating every morining with putting veggies in my smoothie. Save time.
76,7 kg Sejauh ini Berkurang: 25,9 kg.    Sisa: 20,0 kg.    Diet diikuti: Cukup Baik.
