Full holiday visiting my family. Left my laptop at home and somehow it freed up my time. I'm surprised I lost weight as I sampled almost every dish. I'm finding if I start off with a two-cup salad with just vegetables, I am able to keep my samplings down to a tablespoon, or one ounce or so of other items. Hopefully I am able to follow tis trend at home.
