Reasonable day yesterday – lots of work/stress but all manageable. My wife went to the gym last night with some friends but I didn’t really have the energy to go with her (never seem to have enough energy/motivation to work out at night which is why I find I need to go to the gym in the morning). I have decided to start waking up 5min earlier on MWF to do an extra 5 min on the elliptical. I am doing 35 minutes now – figure eventually I will shoot for 45.
