Well done you. Just to let you know The protein shakes seem to help, although i havent lost anything this week, I havent eaten very well at all either - so quite happy with it. Keep up the good work!!!

Thank you. I can feel bad habits creeping in bit this weekend determined to not have alcohol or take away and get back into walking. Yeah staying the same so much better than going up. I'm sure you will soon be losing again x
