Thanks for the support. I. I was pretty pleased that the scale went down this week -- I was a bit nervous that I'd hit a plateau, which I definitely do not want to do tight before the holidays. Don't mind holding steady for a couple of weeks over Thanksgiving and Christmas, but want to lose a couple more pounds before then.
