TODAY IS MY BIRTHDAY!!!! I'm in such a great mood this morning. Yesterday a friend and I did a 3 mile walk for ALS in honor of my boyfriend's mother. It felt so good and it was a perfect morning to be walking. Today I should reward myself for my weigh in AND because it's my birthday!
