Whoo hoo! I finally got to my first 20 lb weight loss goal! Hooray! It took about 6 weeks, I stalled for several weeks after induction, which I hear is normal, but the weight seems to be dropping again!
165,1 kg Sejauh ini Berkurang: 9,1 kg.    Sisa: 29,9 kg.    Diet diikuti: Cukup Baik.

Oh Kimmers,I am so happy for you!! You are not giving up and see,the rewards are so much better! I bet you are smiling,dancing and pumpimg your fist,shouting i can do this!!! Girl,one pound at a time and those little pounds do add up! Learning to eat better is a reward itself and someday you will realize losing the weight is a benefit of it.Great job!!
