BOOM! A nice 1.4kg drop brings me down to 112kg which is just 0.1kg less of what I gained in my week of madness! LOL! This takes me back down to 0.1kg of my lowest weight ever which was 111.9kg. I'm extremely happy with my results :D :) Hoping to reach my 110kg milestone in a week or 2 :)
What makes this weight loss awesome is the fact that I got back on track on Monday and my week was as follows : Monday : Fast Day (27 Calories)
Tuesday : Non-Fast Day + Gym (I was supposed to keep carbs to under 30g but didn't)
Wed : Fast Day (27 Calories)
