My official weight this week is 128.75kg.
Happy to get out of the 129's with the progress so far despite not having a perfect week as planned.
Results could have been a little better but mom's mutton curry and rice with potatoes on Monday was just too tempting!
Tuesday my sister made egg fried rice with roasted beetroot, butternut, carrot and potato and roast chicken so although I went a bit offplan eating the rice, I still managed a loss.
Next week's goal is the lower 128's!
