I have been on and off. And I try to eat 2 meals a day or watch out for heavy carbs in my diet. Only drink water or diet sodas or low calorie drinks. Take supplements to maintain my body from lacking what it needs.
I have lost 7.8 pounds. And if I keep going here and there to the gym and watching my diet soon I’ll get the body I want and hopefully I may not need a CPAP machine. The journey works. Sometimes it’s ok to have fun while doing it!
