I was up to about 165lbs. I went to see my doctor and started Ozempic on Aug 11th. I find it kind of amazing.
I don’t have any real side effects other than decreased hunger cures and increased fullness. My cravings have been curbed a lot. I still get hungry- and I still can eat a variety of foods, so I’m happy about that. No constipation.
I’m not sure how many calories I eat in a day. I really haven’t changed the foods I eat at all, just the amounts.
