Well the weight dropped back down probably shouldn't have charted it but its the first lost in some time did 1.5miles 15:15 (not good time) 10 more min walk 20 min turbo jam I wasn't even gona workout beacuse I got no sleep today after working all night but I had a stressful issue come up and needed to relieve it, it helped for now Started the WU LONG tea have to see if something will help Iam on a mission now, trying not to get depressed over the fact I probably won't do very well on my fitness test next week but Iam not completly giving up yet
