im over the moon calorie counting has worked as i had tried numerous diets before and none seemed to be a permanent fix or as easy to manage and stick to im so happy i know its only 3lbs but that is a good start doctor recommended 2-4lbs per week so im happy with that but there have been time i really wanted something 'extra' bar of choc for example but i have run out of calories to have one and i have now started making all my meals for the week in advance so i have no excuse for pigging out because i wanna be lazy
