OK, starting over AGAIN...

Same weight since last time I was here months ago. I'm not going to focus on calories in/out. I'm going to focus on my training, WHAT I'm eating and how much I'm eating. I am learning to listen to my body and eat when it wants food. Paying attention to what foods stick with me, when I worked out in relation to it, and change or adjust those foods if needed. Paying attention to myself and using common sense along with some education from my trainer, should be all I need.

Last week, I joined a kettlebell studio by me. I love this place! Today was my 4th time going and I plan on going Monday, Wednesday (before work) and Saturday mornings. Get in, get it done, get out and have it done.

I am feeling more 'at home' and relaxed now. I got there later than I wanted, about 8:20. Only 3 people when I got there today and 30 minutes before anyone else came in. Wasn't nervous bout how I looked cause I knew what I had to do and jumped into it.

And something happened that made me more confident bout being there and to 'chill out'. Heard the yoga instructor talking to 2 younger looking girls when they came in. Asked if they had been here before, the first said yes, but first time for her friend. He said, you will love it and he (the trainer) will kick your butt. Then the new girl looked at me with a 'deer in the headlights' look...I could tell she was shy and probably felt the same way I have. So...I'm not the new kid on the block now! AND, it didn't bother me AT ALL that she was watching me, it actually made me feel better, like she was 'admiring' that I was doing this. Does that make sense? Doesn't matter...I feel better and much more confident about this now! YAY!
