Another pound gone! Friday night I did aqua zumba and took a short walk Saturday morning. After that I just did housework and grocery shopping and not much beyond that on Sunday. I was conscientious of what I ate but was worried that the scale would not move today. Guess the water I drank helped!!!
My friend was telling me about laughter yoga and how much fun it was. I am going to try to find a class to attend locally as it sounds like a blast. Anyone ever been? Thoughts?
After aqua zumba Friday night I am motivated to try a regular zumba class but want to work on my 'moves' at home before venturing to a class. The instructor we have is fantastic and she does a regular class at a gym twice a week.

Aqua zumba sounds fun! I know I very much enjoyed regular zumba.. lol.. We all wasn't perfect, but we surely had fun.
