This is the 3rd month in a row, that I didn't make my 'mini-goal'. A 4lb a month weight loss shouldn't be unrealistic....but still the struggle continues.
67,3 kg Sejauh ini Berkurang: 6,2 kg.    Sisa: 8,8 kg.    Diet diikuti: Cukup Baik.

Kehilangan 2,9 kg dalam 1 minggu

It’s a marathon, not a sprint… You’ll get there as long as you keep at your goal supporting habits consistently. It can be frustrating at times though, for sure! 😎

You're on track, it looks like, to lose about 2.5 pounds per month, at the current rate. That can be frustratingly slow in the moment; but by the end of this year that's 15 pounds less than today. That's a very healthy and sustainable way to lose weight, especially since the goal is to keep it off. Weight lost quickly is more likely to return. You're going great!

Thank you for your kind words. If I had a solid 1/2 lb a month weight loss, I'd be thrilled. What i find frustrating is this plateau. Lose a lb...gain a lb.
