Started New Eating Plan: 200 calorie meal or snack every 2 1/2 -3 hours. The key is to cook the food up ahead of time and divide it into 200 calorie portions. So far so good! I'm not hungry, but still have the urge to eat when bored or in the evening (I have to resist the urge and tell myself my next meal is at ___ o'clock). The reading on the scale was down a few pounds after 3 days so I am hopeful, but am going to try and stay off the scale since it has the power to depress me if the numbers go up. Decided to commit to 30 days and see, I am excited and hopeful!
