Hello everyone
I am binge eating again today haven’t done so in years …. Does stress affect our hunger had about 2000 cal today 🫣🫣🫣
74,8 kg Sejauh ini Berkurang: 10,2 kg.    Sisa: 4,8 kg.    Diet diikuti: Cukup Baik.

I think stress really throws a spanner in the works, but it’s good you are not been hard on your self. Also I think some days you are just plain hungry. I’ve had a couple of them last week. Even when I know I shouldn’t be hungry because I’ve eaten enough my stomach has growled for more.
