well I'll put down the weight my doctor had me at yesterday morning. Seems it was the same on my home scale. I go to the wt loss clinic Monday afternoon we will see what it shows. I've been kind of good. Ate pizza & wine last night but did not over indulge and felt yucky last night after but feel ok today.
