I need to buy a scale... The one I'm using isn't digital... and difficult. I feel good this morning... a little tired - I have drywall sanding, laundry and work today. We are up to 11 soccerfield lengths tonight for running. Should feel great. Gonna start today with a long hot bath... kinda groggy. On a side note I had Kashi cereal. Cereal is a must watch... can be really high in sugar and takes up a lot of cals. I feel really full though.
