This stuffs hard, but I’m loving losing some timber. Trouble is I’m doing well on the pre diabetes score but have heart failure and kidney failure . I can’t win food wise. I’m just trying to maintain a steady loss and feel good. After a year where I spent 4 months on my back in bed and the rest trying to manage been alive and keep going forward.
