so my cousin and I have challenged each other to give up bread for 2 weeks! I got this... gotta get over this hump... think I'll be lowering my calorie intake tomorrow as well. been feeling well and noticing a big difference in my body even though I'm not where I want to be on scale my body is in much better shape than it was when I was 15 lbs lighter.
