finally my IT box went down a 'smig'. The scale at the wt loss clinic is still more, but it also is staying the same or going down a 'point' here a 'point there. For most part I feel well and I'm eating well. So that is good. I just want to get the weight off and deal with the maintenance! Also I need to go through my closet as I'm finding I am going a size down on some of my pants! But still I 'feel' fat and I need to get down. So I will keep on keeping on. Hope ALL is going well in FS-Land & take care to ALL.
