not sure if my IT BOX (scale) is playing games with me, but I will list what IT shows. (154!) I don't feel like I've lost that much lately but hey, we will see. I have my appointment this afternoon and I'll check it with what my IT box shows (in full clothes, late in the day) which I'm sure will be more. I've been eating well and exercising A LOT, mostly with my job the past week, since I've been outside on my feet and moving around ALOT in the heat, but I've kept hydrated with water & electrolyte drinks and not much of the "not so good" snacks that are provided to us, including donuts (happy they did not have any boston cream ones). I did have ice cream and a little bit of chocolates & a couple glasses of wine over the weekend, but not nearly as much as I use to overeat/drink. So I can tell my tastes and my compulsion to overeat/drink have changed. I am so thankful for that! Hope ALL are well in FS-Land & Take care to ALL :-)
