It’s been a long time since I weighed 191. I have shaken off my chocolate addiction. I am also eating more fruits and vegetables, and I am opting for salads when I eat out.
Sunday is usually my “chocolate day.“ However, I had to get some soft serve ice cream yesterday, so I will have to put my “chocolate day” to next Sunday.
Monday will be tricky, because I am going to a cookout. I think I will just have one hamburger and one hotdog, minus the buns.
