Well, feeling okay today, very tired though, not full of the joys of spring just yet so taking another day off from exercise, sticking to 18 points this week and no eating after 7pm best of luck to me!!!!

I hate that you are so tired. I know it sounds couterintuitive, but once I exercise I feel invigorated! Maybe that's what you need. If you walk, why not go for a short walk and if you feel better, make it longer?
