I surprised myself by gaining this weight this week, but thinking about it I really ate a lot of processed food, especially desserts, although it was really because it was special occasions, I guess that last year on this date something similar happened to me. I had been thinking about the last few months that with Not reaching 176 lbs is fine, and I had been gaining weight these months, but just this week I made the decision to stay in the range of 143.5 to 154.5 lbs, I just start tomorrow so in part this was a free week, so I'm starting to lose weight again and prioritize real food more, and track my meals again, which I had stopped doing.
