I've been staying under a 1000 calories a day, for months now, eating properly and exercising. I was consistently loosing 1 lb a week(which I was OK with). Now for some reason I've been slowly gaining. I'm feeling very frustrated so I decided to have a piece of Smor pie for breakfast. it was delicious.
