Recording weight today even though it's not my "official" day. I will be out paddling along the river at the time and I also wanted to see if there is going to be any significant weight loss with an unknown amount of exercise and an unknown calorie count. I'm sure there will be lots of "energy" foods for the kids. I already heard that we've having spaghetti for dinner. Ugh. Nothing like a plate of pasta before laying down. I'll have to see what I can do.
