Well eating a bowl of soup at 8 o'clock at night following with a cup of coffee will of course show a gain the next morning at 6 o'clock. even though my new size 32 pants is too big :-) feeling great these days , don't look and feel so fat anymore. OO best part I went roadbike-cycling the past weekend and I was stronger than the Hubster. :-)
