Hi Phoebe68, it's Merry Mel, reading your post. Made me think about how to get my weight down. I will have breakfast, just a piece of fruit or fruit drink for lunch and have a dinner from about 200 calories to 500 calories so I eat 300 calories for breakfast, 150 for lunch and about 450 fir dinner that comes to 900 a day at the moment I am eating 1, 200 plus a day. If I try to have 900 a day, it would help. I will try tomorrow. And hope to continue. Will let you know how I am getting on. Have a good evening. Love Merry Mel 💗

Merry.Mel, 900 calories a day is barely enough for a child, let alone an adult. I know it's tempting to under-eat for the sake of losing weight quicker but it's so unhealthy and in my experience extremely miserable. Please take care of yourself and eat enough 💙
