I am really not doing good :( Last months I went on a binge and working at birger king doesnt help! I gained 25 lbs!!! blood pressure is up snd may have to do bed rest soon. my doc said I cannot gain anymore wight lol like tthats gonna gappen! My friends have even started saying stuff and elling me thats why i cant get a man :( my work has cut me down to 1 day becayse they say I am not doing anything but sitting on my butt and eating as well....cant sat I dont lol I am embarrassed by how big i am aand cant fit anywher

Hey, don't be so hard on yourself. We all struggle with the ups and downs of weight, work, and home responsibilities. Take a moment to look within and give yourself some love. No matter your size; your soul is good. You're a good person. Relax and take care yourself, and the steps will begin to fall into place.

The doctor could be helping you somehow, right? I understand the feelings you may be having but we just have to try to get control and ask for help. You DO fit here with us. Keep writing your journal and then carefully log your food. Talk to your doctor about getting some help - and of they have nothing, find a new doctor who can suggest things to help you!

You are beautiful and you just need to start believing that for yourself and begin treating yourself like you are "worth it"!! Don't let anyone put you down. We all struggle and hit bumps in the road. The true test is how you recover and move forward it is time to move forward you can do it...
