At the halfway mark to my first goal. Happy to be here, but also a bit sad that I could have been at this point long ago if I hadn't gained it to begin with. Sorry to my body for making it suffer. Going to try much harder this time to break the addictive habit of eating foods that have nothing nurishing to offer. I'll take better care of myself this time around.
